an industry-leading 3-tier warranty in addition to the
manufacturer warranties on the products installed in
the home.
1. First year: The entire home is warranted for all
material and workmanship.
2. Through year two everything is warranted that is connected
and mechanical in the walls of your home (i.e. plumbing,
wiring, and HVAC)
3. Through year ten the structure of your home is warranted.
