To Whom it May Concern:

As you know, I have written a nationally distributed pamphlet l entitled, Home Buyer, Be Aware. And you are aware I have purchased a home from Heritage Homes, even though I have been critical of development builders.

Heritage Homes is most certainly the exception to the rule. I watched the construction of my home and clearly approved on the expertise of your carpenters.

During the first year of my residence here, your people were prompt to respond to a couple of minor plumbing corrections that needed attention.

We have just completed our third year of residency, and I am here to tell you how pleased we are to have elected Heritage Homes.

My personal experience in homebuilding over the many years has left me knowing the importance of customer satisfaction. Well, I am one every gratified customer. I just want you to know that, and I do hope you show this around.
