Dear Heritage Homes,

One year ago yesterday my husband and I moved into our new home. It has been a very good and satisfying year, thanks largely to the fact that we bought a house built by Heritage Homes. We could not have been more pleased, from the day we looked at several homes in this subdivision. Don Lynn, your salesman who showed us several homes and then worked with us by phone after we went back to Carlsbad. He answered all of our questions and everything was done just as he said it would be. Bonnie, in your office, was very helpful in getting our telephone service set up. We appreciate both Don and Bonnie’s courtesy and expertise.

We like everything about the house – the floor plan, the convenience, the colors, just general good living qualities. And, most of all, we like the way you do business. There was not a single time when we weren’t pleased. We know this is not always the case, as we have bought or built several new homes in our almost 55 years of marriage. This last time has been the best of all.

I might add that, possibly as a result of everything being so great about the house, we have been thoroughly pleased with Lubbock. We have not encountered anyone with “an attitude.” Everyone has been friendly and helpful.
Thank you for being our “catalyst” to happy retirement in Lubbock.
