With Heritage Homes, owning your own new home has never been easier.
From your first visit to the day you move in, it's as easy
as 1, 2, 3.
Visit a model home today and one of our sales representatives
will assist you in selecting your floorplan. With more than
100 plans, we have a home for every budget and family size.
Then select your lot in one of our great neighborhoods.
If desired, modify your floorplan to fit your lifestyle. A
construction deposit and your approved agreement then will
allow Heritage Homes to prepare to build your new home.
Take your agreement to your mortgage lender and apply for your
home loan. Once approved, your lender will send Heritage
Homes a letter of commitment for your home loan.
With more than 1,000 selections in our Design
Center, you are the interior decorator of your Heritage Home.
Now is when you make the final decisions on such amenities
as flooring, countertops, brick, exterior trim, plumbing and
lighting fixtures, and so much more.
Your plans are prepared
and a pre-construction meeting is held, at which time you
give Heritage Homes permission to start construction of your
new home!
