Heritage Homes

Heritage Homes has been helping shape Lubbock’s home building industry for over 13 years. Established in 1993, to fill a void in the housing market between low-quality and expensive custom homes, Heritage Homes has provided homes for some of our community’s biggest contributors: teachers, nurses, firefighters, police officers, and other public service officials. Don Lynn, Tom Moreland, and George Winton, employees of Heritage Homes, purchased the company in 2003 and have kept the vision of building quality, affordable housing as strong today as it was when the company began.

Don Lynn, vice president of sales, has many years of experience in the Real Estate Market and home sales which makes him a dynamic teacher and leader. Tom Moreland, vice president of administration, with his extensive knowledge in banking and finance as well as his experience in management keeps the company running smoothly and efficiently. George Winton, vice president of construction, brings over 30 years experience in the building industry. One of George’s major strengths is his design knowledge. He has taken high custom designs and made them work in the affordable home market for everyone. All three of these partners bring different but equal abilities and attributes to the table, which is what makes Heritage Homes unique.

Heritage Homes prides itself on being “Lubbock County’s Affordable Home Builder.” You will find Heritage Homes currently building in Cedar Meadows, South Pointe, Stonebrook South, and Preston Park. They have built from 916sqft all the way to 9000sqft. They have a home plan and price to suit everyone. The teamwork within this company is another reason that Heritage Homes is so successful. They have great sales associates that are very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to meet the customers need. The construction team is undeniably one of the best, their main goal is to get every home done correctly and in due time. They also have a customer care manager dedicated to taking care of their homeowners after they move in.

Heritage Homes has been involved in the West Texas Home Builders Association for more than 10 years and feels that their membership in this organization has been a benefit by providing education and guidance on important issues.
